Expect Greatness Training is committed to providing high-quality training services. Please review the following refund and cancellation policies before booking a session.

Session Purchases

Training sessions and packages purchased through Expect Greatness Training are generally non-refundable once booked.

Cancellation Policy

To respect the time reserved for your training session:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 50% session fee.

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session will incur the full session fee.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule sessions before the 24-hour cancellation window without penalty, subject to availability.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Expect Greatness Training.
