With our holistic approach to training, we'll help you build functional fitness, bodily awareness, and coordination - essential elements to being a thriving human being. We meet you where you're at, guiding you along your fitness journey with a healthy amount of challenge. The goal is not to 'kill you' or have you sore for days. We want to build you from the ground up in a way that is sustainable and gives you enough energy to handle life. Each session is: ✅ Tailored to your specific goals and needs ✅ Designed to improve mobility, full-body strength, coordination, and confidence Perfect for: People of all ages and fitness levels looking to move better & improve their health People looking to supplement their physical therapy Location: Durham–Chapel Hill area (train at Cates Creek Park or reach out about a secondary location for an additional fee) Session Length: 60 minutes Pricing: $60 per session or $200 a month for 4 sessions. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No shows, cancellations or rescheduling done within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged 50% of the booking total. Any changes done within 12 hours of an appointment will not be refunded. If it's an emergency, contact us.
